About The Pilates Club

The Pilates Club was born from a deep passion for movement and well-being. Founder Margaux spent years dancing at a high level, where performing at the top was a daily requirement. In that world, she experienced the harsh side of ambition—ignoring her body’s signals and constantly feeling the pressure to be perfect.

During her dance career, Margaux taught classical ballet to both children and adults. From there, her love for guiding others in movement grew. Eventually, Pilates reconnected her with her body—challenging, like dance, but without the need to perform. Listening to your body became key.

At The Pilates Club, it’s all about tuning in to yourself. Becoming stronger while also finding moments of calm. In our classes, we challenge you, but always at your own pace. Because true progress starts with a balanced connection between strength, control, and awareness.
